Pocket Camera

A lady at work really liked this pocket card but didn't want the hammer and wanted a camera instead. I didn't think I had a camera stamp but got to looking and sure enough I found a camera stamp. The camera is just loose in the pocket. I think I like it better than the other one with the hammer. Thanks for stopping by. Sharon

Hummingbird Father's Day Card

 This card is for the challenge this week at Joan's Gardens and here are the rules. You can make 2 cards.

Use lots of layers (more than two)

Use blue and white

Take a picture of this card then:

Add some type of embellishment to dress it up

Post a picture of both cards on your blog or Splitcoast gallery.

I used the folder on the background white called Retro Swirls by M Press. The flowers, hummingbird and sentiment are on Scalloped Labels One by Spellbinder's.The stamps are Stampin Up stamps. I added swirl gems to the second card to dress it up. Everything but the stamp can be purchased at Joan's Garden. I haven't entered this challenge for awhile now. Just not been making any cards until this weekend. Thanks Joan for the wonderful challenges. I love looking at all the cards entered and hopefully my card is picked the winner this week :). Father's Day Card

This is another Pinterest inspired card. I free handed the pocket and got one corner off or my stitching is off one, didn't notice until I had it uploaded so I'm not going to change it. The background was made with Stampin Up's Square Lattice, the sentiment is from the set Bring on the Grill and the hammer is from the set Power Up. I ran the belt in the folder Burlap. Caterpillar Card

A lady at work wanted a card for her son's first birthday and wanted it like a stuffed toy he loves. I may have the colors wrong and may be making another one. The happy birthday's are from Stampin Up stamps. The grass is a Cheery Lynn die. The cloud is a Die-Namics die. The background was made with the Swirl folder. The pompoms were colored with copics.
