Use lots of layers (more than two)
Use blue and white
Take a picture of this card then:
Add some type of embellishment to dress it up
Post a picture of both cards on your blog or Splitcoast gallery.

I used the folder on the background white called Retro Swirls by M Press. The flowers, hummingbird and sentiment are on Scalloped Labels One by Spellbinder's.The stamps are Stampin Up stamps. I added swirl gems to the second card to dress it up. Everything but the stamp can be purchased at Joan's Garden. I haven't entered this challenge for awhile now. Just not been making any cards until this weekend. Thanks Joan for the wonderful challenges. I love looking at all the cards entered and hopefully my card is picked the winner this week :). So pretty Sharon. Did you use embossing powder for those stamps. They turned out so delicate and pretty. Have missed you in the AJG challenges.
