The background is Retro Circles by Tim Holtz/Sizzix. The stamp is a LaBanche stamp but it doesn't have a name on it. The swirls in the corners are Darrington Corner by Memory Box. I added pearls in the corners to finish it off. I colored direct to stamp with Stampin Up and Distress Ink then cut out a bit of a circle in the top corners and distressed the edges.
