I cut this with the Twirled Heart Border by Memory Box and added the red in the middle, the outside it Leopard print. The background is copper paper by Stampin Up embossed in the folder Hearts by Spellbinders. I added bling of course, have to have some bling. Thanks for stopping by. Sharon
