A lady at work wants a card for her soon to be 2 year old granddaughter and this is what I came up with. I used Spellbinder Ovals to make the ice cream bars and they do look more like ice cream bars in real than on here. The happy birthday is from Stampin Up but the name of it has came off the container. The background is Whimsy by Spellbinders. The bottom is Cherish Border by Memory Box. I also added some stickles.
